Please be aware of some CHANGES to the sale this fall.
Sale Schedule: In order to maximize the number of team members/volunteers we have working to make things run smoothly and to maximize consignor payouts, we have condensed the schedule down to an efficient 4 days rather than 5. This means that for our volunteers and consignors, you’ll have the opportunity to do your half price preview sale on FRIDAY NIGHT! This also means we’ve been able to extend consignor pickup of unsold items to a 90 minute window that’s EARLIER in the day on Saturday! No more interrupting dinner time / date night or other evening activities to pick up!
Consignor Fee: We’ll have a tiered consignor fee to help encourage some additional volunteering. For many of you, this could actually result in a LOWER consignor fee than you’re used to! When we have high consignor turnout, but not as high volunteer turnout, we’re spending money on additional help. Higher consignor fees for those that do not volunteer or barter will help us with that as well as getting the breakdown better staffed to run smoothly. It will also help us prepare financially to move into larger space at the same venue.- Consigning (no barter or volunteering) : $15 consignor fee
- Consigning and doing 1 barter or 1 volunteer shift: $10 consignor fee
- Consigning and doing 2 shifts or 1 shift + 1 barter: $5 consignor fee
