I was reading this article from the New York Times on why children have such a hard time with math... I had to share.
I Loved It!!!
I really think it holds true in our home. With my two boys it got to a point where I would say "lets work on your math homework", and they would either cry or they would yell at me. I would start to get so defensive and upset just thinking about doing Math with them.
That is why I take my kids to Mathnasium and I even made them go all summer. My High School student looks forward to it. The staff is amazing will all my children!
They are running a special for back to school now and they have two locations in Davis County. Give them a call it will be the best money spent in a while. It was for me!!!
