Olya visited a variety of international Yoga Seminars and Trainings in Thailand, Nepal and Russia. She has taught since the Summer of 2014. Her classes focus on flow, strength, core building and opening your heart. Every class has a theme related to yoga philosophy and the yogic approach to life.
"I absolutely love yoga!," says Olya.  "It is my life and has been for more than 10 years. It shaped who I am now. I believe that yoga helps us listen to our inner voice. Our bodies are grateful for the priceless time spent for ourselves! Yoga opens the way to our hearts connecting our physical and energy bodies. Yoga helps us become stronger and brave. Yoga helps us ใ€€welcome changes and challenges in our lives. It's a beautiful path to be a better, healthier and stronger you, to be connected to your own center and power source! It's a pathway of awakening! It's a path where you meet your true self! I absolutely love teaching Yoga and meeting new people."
Olya Kempe is also an artist and spends her free time on oil paintings of nature, women and flowers. Come join Olya at Heritage Park on Wednesday evenings!
