To complete the online passport application you will need to upload a digital photo of your child that clearly shows his/her face. You will also need a valid credit card. Please do not begin the application process unless you have a digital photo on your computer or a web cam and your child present. If you only have a print photo of your child, please use the paper application and mail it in.
