Slide the City, will transform 800 S 750 W into the biggest block party of the summer when it returns to Provo/Orem on July 30th, 2016.
Last summer, 1,000 sliders slipped and splashed down the giant water slide. Event organizers expect 2016 to be even bigger and better!
Families and friends alike can slip and splash down the giant waterslide while onlookers enjoy the surrounding block party.
“This unique event was a success last year, but for 2016, we have added some festive entertainment that will make your experience on or off the slide, a great one,” said John Malfatto, Slide the City co-owner. “You can experience your hometown like never before!”
This block party is better than the average summer bash. Families, friends, and neighbors are invited to take a break from the heat by speeding through three city blocks on inner tubes. Along with the one-of-a-kind slide, the block party will include food, music, local vendors and street entertainers.
Online registration is open at www.slidethecity.com/location/orem/. Participants can purchase a Single, Triple, Ultimate or All Day Slider Passes. Pricing starts at $15.
