Volunteers are needed to help finish the September 11th & Serviceman Memorial at the Utah State University Botanical Center located at 920 S., 50 S. Kaysville. The project is funded by a grant but must use ALL VOLUNTEERS to comply with grant funding.

Volunteers will be asked to lay out 240 cubic yards of bark mulch and other landscape/cleanup at the memorial site beginning at noon on Thursday, Sept. 5th. The project will go through the afternoon and into the early evening (depending on how many shifts of volunteers are available).  USU Botanical Center staff will provide direction for all volunteers.

Volunteers will need to bring tools for this project including, wheelbarrows, rakes, gloves, 5-gallon buckets and square-end shovels. Grant funding for the bark is dependent on getting a volunteer match.
