WiO: Weight is Over

I think I have been on every single diet out there.  I have tried the HCG diet, the Atkins diet, the Slim fast diet, the low fat diet , the Body by Vi diet, the Isagenix diet and  the list goes on and on. Have I lost weight? On some of them, yes, but then I gain it all back.  On others I have actually gained weight! My good friend Chrissy introduced me to WiO (and acronym for Weight Is Over) and now I am finding out what has happened.  I have never failed a diet…..diets have failed me!

 During this journey with WiO I will be taking you along with me.  You will help me be accountable AND you will learn why WiO will be my last diet.
